I started my career in media at the age of 17 and, after a brief period, shifted my focus to the event industry. With over a decade in the field, my experiences have shaped my vision for the company I desire to lead a space with an international team and an open-minded environment, collaborating across different cultures, countries, and sectors. Having worked in the UK and Europe, I broadened my horizons to the MENA region. The region's innovation-oriented culture and supportive environment fuel and make achievable my goal-oriented efforts. Working in the MENA region has given me the confidence to turn the 'impossible' into reality, take affordable risks for growth, and aim for the best. Today, I'm managing a company that embraces diversity, innovation, creativity, and excellence.

My journey into conference production has been unconventional but intentional. With a background in clinical practice and healthcare research, I understand the realities of care and believe innovation is shaped not just by information, but by the questions we ask and the spaces we create for meaningful dialogue.

Experience across different healthcare systems has shown me how policy, technology, and culture come together to shape outcomes. I support programme design and content strategy, helping to shape executive forums that are purposeful and grounded in real-world challenges.

By combining clinical insight with systems thinking and storytelling, I translate complex topics into clear conversations, connect diverse stakeholders, and help create programmes that encourage alignment, spark new ideas, and inspire action.

I have over five years of experience in design, working across digital and print on a wide range of creative projects. My passion for visual storytelling naturally led me into the events space, where the fast paced environment and ever changing nature of projects really stood out.

Design, photography, and art have always shaped how I approach my work. What I enjoy most about events is the chance to bring fresh ideas to life and tackle new creative challenges each time.

As a Visual Designer, I focus on event branding, social media assets, digital creatives, and print materials that align with each event's vision. I enjoy collaborating with others to explore ideas and deliver thoughtful, high quality work on time.

I have 18 years of experience as a logistics and operation manager in a desert experience company. In my previous role, I worked with limited resources, overcame challenging infrastructures, and navigated constraints. Due to the confined nature of my prior position with only a few venues, I was inspired to broaden my expertise on a larger scale. I appreciate and enjoy the diversity of the event industry, collaborating with suppliers from various fields, cultures, and industries. Event management and logistics not only enable me to explore new experiences but also provide a platform to utilize my strong planning and negotiation skills.

I've worked in diverse event sectors, from hotels to major sports events like UEFA EURO 2012. With experience in Egypt, Europe, and the GCC, I've enhanced my international event management skills. In the hotel sector, I realized that being in just one place wasn't enough for me. I wanted to be fully involved in event organizing from A to Z, in different locations, different types of events and with a variety of people. This desire led me to where I am today. In my current role, I enjoy meeting new people, learning from our clients, working with different sectors, and generating creative ideas. My job fuels my curiosity, encourages straightforward communication, and keeps me positive as I follow my passion.

My background has given me a unique edge in handling government and semi-government clientele, where attention to detail, compliance, and seamless execution are essential.

My approach focuses on delivering seamless, high-quality experiences through careful planning and flawless execution. With a keen eye for detail and a strong emphasis on client communication. I believe that successful events are created when clients' needs and visions are not just met but exceeded.

I am an experienced tech professional mainly focusing on Fintech, Digital, and Blockchain, with over 26 years of experience. Throughout my career, I have worked and consulted with esteemed multinationals such as Vodafone, Siemens, and Saudi Telecom Company. For the past 13 years, I have been successfully leading MWAN Mobile, serving notable clients like the UAE Telecoms Regulator, Abu Dhabi Health Authority, Del Monte Arabia, Vodafone, and STC, among others. Leveraging my distinguished experience in the tech industry, I am regularly invited to speak at various industry events and workshops, particularly focusing on Fintech and Blockchain technology. In addition to my role at MWAN Mobile, I hold the position of Chief Digital Officer at MWAN Events, where I oversee digital services and technological developments for the company.
